For Your Comfort

Our goal at Surgical Arts is that your treatments and services we offer are provided in an atmosphere of comfort and congeniality. We ask that all cell phones be turned off prior to entering the office.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation of all appointments. Missed appointments will be charged $25.00. All appointments are confirmed one day in advance.

Arrival at Surgical Arts

Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This will allow you adequate time to fill out appropriate forms. Patient registration can be expedited by our online Patient Registration. All procedures have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your may be delayed for other patients who arrived in a timely manner.
